Coach James
Coach James is a youth sports expert who helps young athletes achieve their dreams.
He is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer w/Youth Fitness & Sports Performance specialties, Human Kinetics Strength Training for Baseball specialist, and a Baseball Canada NCCP Certified coach.
He has played competitive Baseball, Hockey, Football, and Boxing in Canada and the USA, learning from high-level coaches and trainers along the way.
Coach James has the expertise to develop the skills and mindset that are essential for success in sports. He can help your youth athlete excel in their sport, make the team, and earn the scholarship that they deserve.
Trainer George
Trainer George is a former CFL player who spent 7 years with the Toronto Argonauts. He is an expert in Dryland Strength & Conditioning and has a proven track record of helping Youth Athletes achieve their goals. He challenges youth athletes to work hard and smart with his no-nonsense approach to training.
Instructor Tanya G
Tanya is a group fitness specialist certified in Zumba fitness. She plays a key role in many of our programs running dynamic warm-ups and cool down/stretch. Engagement is a critical component for a successful training program and Tanya helps keep our programs fun and engaging!
