The Lead Off Boot Camps

Pre-season Boot Camps consists of Strength & Conditioning and Mindset training.

- 3x 1.5h sessions M/W/F and 2x 1h "2 a day" weekend sessions

- 4x Workshop sessions

 

The Strength & Conditioning sessions will push the athletes to ensure they are physically ready for the upcoming season or team tryout.  The Workshop sessions will teach students the concepts that will enable them to achieve their goals and impress their coaches.

Boot Camp Students will leave with the following:

- How to Get Results Fitnesss Guide

- 40 yrd dash, 3 cone, & 60 yd shuttle baselines

- Lead-Off swag bag  

- Lead-Off program completion certificate

Goal Setting

Discussion on the importance of Goal setting with an exercise to set SMART short term goals for the upcoming season and long term goals for their athletic careers.

Athletic Class

Athletic class is about work ethic, attitude, coachability, and effort.  Talent is common, Athletic Class will make you stand out to a coach or scout.
